The Managing Director and Chairman of MIET, a visionary with an experience of 12 years in Aeronautical Engineering and a 23 years in manufacturing industry exclusively. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
He joined the management committee in 2016 and he is in-charge of Business Development, Consulting, Corporate Affairs, Event Management, Human Resources Development and Public Relationships.
He is a Philanthropist and supporting challenged people through welfare organizations.
Umamaheswaran Ganesan
Director – Operations
As a Director, Umamaheswaran Ganesan is a Commerce graduate and has done Masters in Business Administration from Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Gahaziabad with specialization in Human Resources.
He has more than two decades of work experience in versatile areas such as Human Resources, Administration, Corporate Affair, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Business Development & Acquisitions in a leading global organisations in pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors and also have Sector Skill Council work experience. .
Maheswaran’s key strengths are good interpersonal skills, excellent communication and above all immense confidence, has ability to build relationships and efficiently manage projects to gain desired results.
His interests are financial markets and swimming.
